The following are the minimum requirements for these browsers. Although to use them fully more than the requirements are reccomended

IBrowse R7a uses its own image decoding library, eliminating the need for Datatypes which makes the inline images in IBrowse look awesome. Their decoding library uses 64,000 colors (on a Picasso screen) unlike the datatypes which only use 256 max. Unless of course you are using the new v43 datatypes which are 24 bit. Since IBrowse came out before the v43 libraries it had the best looking graphical display, but now has lost one of its major edges. Voyager will now do graphics just as nice as IBrowse with the v43 datatypes.
IBrowse does many more HTML3.2 commands (see IBrowse screenshot and Voyager screenshot) than Voyager. One of the major functions it does is Tables, these are used widely across the web as Netscape and Windows Explorer support them. Also IBrowse does colored fonts and more variety in font sizes than Voyager.
As for speed IBrowse and Voyager are evenly matched, I can't tell if one goes faster than another. The points where Voyager exceed IBrowse is the mail, and news features. IBrowse supposedly will do mail if you register the program (Another bonus point for Voyager is that it is FREEWARE, IBrowse expires every month which rather spoils an execllent program). BOth of these browsers now support Telnet.

Graphics Display
Before the v43 datatypes IBrowse had great looking graphics but are now evenly matched by Voyager (expect on 256 color screens IBrowse will look a bit better)

HTML3.2 Support
This is where IBrowse shines its brightest. No other browser has as many HTML commands as IBrowse, the major ones are tables, color fonts, font sizing.Voyager 86% | IBrowse 98%
Features
This is where Voyager takes the lead, it has Telnet, mail and news. Where IBrowse only supports telnet. Both have configurable proxies and fonts. However IBrowse has a very nice 'drag n drop' configuration for its buttons.Voyager 90% | IBrowse 85%
Overall
IBrowse looks better on the net because of the extended HTML features. If it had as many features as Voyager it would be amazing, and the fact that it expires is displeasing. However IBrowse looks fantastic and runs stablily now.
